Since 1998, Waddell Kennels owned by Mark Green and Ralph Pendergast has provided quality Narcotic Detection and Dual Purpose Service Dogs for both Arizona and across the United States.The Mesa Police Department, Wickenburg Police Department, Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, Pinal County Sheriff's Department, and the Corrections Corporation of America have received services that include:

1. Service Dog candidate selection test.
2. Service Dog Unit evaluations.
3. Narcotic Detection basic training and continued maintenance training.
4. Trailing Hound basic training and maintenance training.
5. Cadaver Detection basic training and maintenance training.

Mark Green and Ralph Pendergast maintain Arizona Peace Officer Status and maintain their individual Controlled Substance Registration Certificate through the Drug Enforcement Administration. All provided Service Dog training meets national standards with the National Police Canine Association and National Narcotic Detector Dog Association.
